Purchase Policy

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee of $30.
• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for completed jobs. Once a service has been completed, the payment is non-refundable.
• Unsatisfactory Work: In the rare event that a customer finds the completed job unsatisfactory, we encourage them to contact us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will review the concerns and, if deemed necessary, offer to address the issues or provide a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.

In no event shall Exotic Details New Mexico, nor its owners, partners, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the website or services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party; (iv) any damage to your vehicle or property arising from our detailing services; (v) any injuries or harm caused by our detailing services.
